I know 26 more Kanji now! I'm up to a total of 54 with some of those solely primitives. I also know 5 more primitives that a couple I did but didn't honestly need to know what they meant. Two of which I already knew from yesterday and I'm super happy that I was actually able to keep learning. I was also surprised at the level of detail of some Kanji and am slightly scared of what I'm going to encounter in the future. It's not easy, thinking about all 2042 or so that I'm going to learn. I'm just trying to take it day by day. From the book standpoint, I'm already ahead! In 3 months/90 days I can learn them at 23 Kanji/day and be perfectly fine learning that every day without falling behind. I've learned 28 yesterday and 26 today though so I've gotten ahead of the curve already! I know I need to keep studying today and I'm going to but right now is a time to relax and be happy. I don't want to get ahead of myself and burn out too quickly on these as there are so many more to go.
If anyone wants to follow along with me and learn at the same pace as I am, maybe we could challenge each other? Perhaps we could make a bet and see who can finish the fastest? I don't personally want to learn too quickly though, because as I said before, I don't want to get burned out. That would completely ruin my ambition and wouldn't help at all. I've got a new picture for today's Kanji as well and, though they aren't specifically all difficult, there are a couple that are more intricate than others. (*cough* Dr. *cough*)
Tune in tomorrow again for (fingers crossed) 28 more!
